Ken Dunham
President
Ken Dunham brings three decades of business, technical and leadership experience in cyber security, incident response and cyber threat intelligence to his position as Senior Technical Director, Cyber Operations, for Optiv. In this role, he is responsible for the strategic leadership and maturation of Optiv technical integration and innovation. Mr. Dunham is the innovator and implementor of the Optiv ThreatDNA (TM) intelligence platform and ThreatBEAT (SM) service.
 
Throughout his career, Dunham has maintained a reputation as an industry pioneer, responding to his first virus encounter in 1989 that led to one of the most popular freeware anti-virus programs and informational website globally in the early 1990’s. His work with About.com laid the foundation for human connections and support via the Internet. In the late 1990s, Dunham created transformative training programs for the U2, Warthog and Predator systems for the United States Air Force.  Mr. Dunham also transformed national training solutions and soft phone operations while working at DirectTV. 
 
At the turn of the century Dunham was a key player in the iDEFENSE pioneer movement for responsible disclosure and initial cyber intelligence offerings in the industry. While at VeriSIGN, Dunham managed all war room crisis events globally, and regularly briefed top level executives and government officials. For iSIGHT Partners, he helped to create a threat intelligence platform and program and held a variety of positions in the company. Mr. Dunham has extensive experience in management of global incident response teams as a leading manager for a vast majority of all major global breaches in this century through Point-of-Sale attacks in 2015.
 
Dunham is a respected industry thought leader, having authored multiple books during the past three decades and published thousands of articles, including an ISSA International 2015 Article of the Year on cyber espionage. He is an esteemed ISSA International Distinguished Fellow, which is reserved for one percent of professionals globally, and was a top quoted security expert globally in 2006. He has created and served in multiple non-profit organizations, including ISSA, ISACA, HTCIA, InfraGard, CSA, Wildlist and many others. He also is the founder of two companies, Rampart Research, which focused on global education and services related to individuals involved in cyber research and response, and advanced intelligence response and consultation firm 4D5A Security. Dunham has achieved multiple industry certifications, including CISSP, GCFA Gold, GCIH Gold, GSEC, GREM Gold, GCIA and CISM.
Colin Casillas
Vice President

Colin Casillas has over a decade of experience in various information security roles. Colin currently manages two roles at ReversingLabs; enterprise new business sales, along with business development and OEM sales. Throughout his career in cybersecurity, Colin has been a solutions-focused sales leader who seeks to uncover the most pressing needs and crafts unbeatable technology solutions that engage C-level decision makers around four pillars of executive thought: Topics, Trends, Metrics and Outcomes. Over the past ten years, Colin has implemented and advanced strategic alliance programs for threat intelligence product suites that have helped thwart complex enterprise cybersecurity problems. He’s been instrumental in developing complex go-to-market strategies along with managing and growing relationships across platform partners, technology partners, and OEM partners. Colin earned a Bachelor's degree in Systems Technology from Iowa State University and was recently accepted into the Boise State University Executive MBA program as part of the 2021 Executive MBA cohort.

Lee Neely
Treasurer

Lee Neely is a senior IT and security professional at LLNL with over 30 years of extensive experience with a wide variety of technology and applications from point implementations to enterprise solutions. He currently leads LLNL’s Entrust team and is the CSP lead for new technology adoption specializing in mobility. He teaches cyber security courses, and holds several security certifications including GMOB, GPEN, GWAPT, GAWN, CISSP, CISA, CISM and CRISC. Lee is the Board Treasurer for Uncle Credit Union, hand holds the CCUB and CCUSC certifications. He is a past President for the ISC2 Eastbay Chapter, Member of the SANS NewsBites Editorial BoardSANS Analyst and co-host of Paul’s Security Weekly podcast.  

Kevin Reddish
Director of Communication

An Air Force veteran, Kevin is a seasoned IT and security professional with over twenty years of experience in the design, implementation and support of secure, enterprise local and wide area networks.  He holds several security certifications including; CISSP, CCSP, HCISPP, CEH, CHFI and has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Master’s degree in Cybersecurity & Information Assurance.  

Kevin currently serves as CIO at Your Health Idaho.  

Heather Meeks
Director of Education

Heather Meeks currently works as the Cybersecurity Architect for Scentsy and has nearly two decades of experience in various aspects of information technology. Heather coordinates and runs the cybersecurity booth at Scentsy's international annual conference and annual campus health fair.  One of her favorite job duties is the outreach and training associated with heading up the security awareness program and also leading quarterly Incident Response tabletop activities.

She holds a Masters Certificate in Dispute Resolution as well as the CISSP and GCIH certifications.

Tony Johannsen
Director of Membership
Tony Johannsen is a 24 year technology veteran who began his career working in the IBM Unix world as a Sales Engineer for S1 IT Solutions in Boise in 1995, which was later purchased by ConvergeOne. Shortly after, he went to work in a similar capacity with a Bay Area startup, Foundry Networks, working on server load balancing and high bandwidth switching and routing solutions for large enterprise customers throughout the Pacific Northwest. Foundry was acquired by Brocade in 2008.  Next up, Tony was a co-founder of Meal Ticket, a SAAS sales analytics platform for the foodservice distributor industry. Meal Ticket has competed a Series A and B capital raises and is now one of Boise’s thriving tech companies providing innovative solutions to foodservice distributors across the country. Tony now is a Sr. Client Executive at Sirius Computer Solutions, one of the nation's top Technology Providers and is focused on industry-leading Cybersecurity solutions for his customers.
